Curd Surveying & Land Consulting, Inc. is a multi-disciplined land-consulting firm founded & located in West Liberty, Kentucky providing an array of services to the East Kentucky region since 1985. General services include all types of land surveying including boundary, subdivision, topographic, ALTA, mortgage and construction. Services also include floodplain studies, right-of-way acquisitions, boundary dispute consultation, condemnation consulting and general real estate issues.

Client agrees, by signing this Professional Service Order, to engage Curd Surveying and Land Consulting, Inc. to perform professional land surveying services.
All projects are billed hourly and estimated on an individual basis due to the wide range and complexity of services provided.
Estimates are not a guarantee of total project cost.
Final payments are due upon completion of projects.
All fees 30 days past due are charged at 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.
All opinions of the consultant are for the sole use and benefit of the client.
