Services
Gustin Land Surveying, LLC is owned and operated by Micah Gustin, Oklahoma License #1769.
The company is based in Edmond Oklahoma and is ready and willing to provide services anywhere in the state.
Micah began surveying in 2005 in eastern Oklahoma and has worked in central Oklahoma since 2009.
He obtained his professional surveying license in Oklahoma in May of 2011 and in New Mexico in July of 2015.
His experience includes boundary surveys, ALTA / ACSM land title surveys, design surveys (topographic work), construction layout, elevation certificates, riparian (river) surveys, and many other unique jobs over the years that have needed positioning services.
Why did two different surveyors come up with two different boundary results for my property?.
1 - How much should I expect to pay for a boundary survey of my property?
A - Price varies greatly for many reasons, but the 2 main reasons are how your property's legal description is written and the availability of "controlling corners" for your legal description.
If you own land in a fairly new subdivision then a surveyor can expect to go find many of the original subdivision corners that are undisturbed and correctly placed.
