In 2010 Raymond Page formed Vermont Survey Consultants, LLC with the goal of providing quality surveys and exceptional customer service.
Raymond has over 20 years of experience working throughout Vermont & New Hampshire.
He is passionate about surveying, maintaining memberships in various professional societies, and is a regular contributor to the nationally distributed survey magazine Point of Beginning.
The team at Vermont Survey Consultants, LLC includes Raymond, an experienced survey technician, and Remington our survey dog/mascot.
They are often requested by lenders and are required by insurance companies to properly quote flood insurance policy premiums or to prove that Flood Insurance is not necessary.
If an Elevation Certificate shows that flood insurance is not required, we can complete a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) application.
