We have been serving clients since July 2003 when we acquired the surveying assets of Wilsey and Associates and formed Midwest Land Surveying, Inc. Our team brings over two decades of continuous experience, with our president having more than 23 years in the land surveying profession. Our vice president also possesses over 23 years of experience in engineering and surveying, while our secretary/treasurer exceeds 28 years in the field. We are proficient with Global Positioning Systems, conventional total stations, and modern data collection equipment to ensure precise measurements. Our expertise includes boundary surveys, plats, mortgage inspections, construction staking, topographic surveys, communication tower surveys, NRCS Wetland Reserve surveys, and oil well location surveys. We serve a diverse clientele that includes property owners, attorneys, developers, architects, builders, and engineers requiring accurate survey data.

We maintain active membership in the South Dakota and North Dakota Societies of Professional Land Surveyors, adhering to the highest industry standards. Our leadership has held chapter offices, such as past president of the Big Sioux Chapter, demonstrating our authority within the professional community. We are registered land surveyors in South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
