Our primary objective is to provide excellent personal service tailored to meet our client's goals and objectives. Within our primary service area of Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan and Snohomish Counties, NWDD provides a complete range of civil engineering and surveying services. NWDD offers comprehensive surveying and engineering services including civil, hydrologic, and hydraulic engineering, as well as land and construction surveying.

When necessary, we contract qualified consultants and contractors in wetlands, landscape, and mechanical and electrical disciplines as appropriate to compliment our resources. Our company has successfully served the Skagit Valley since 1992, and our main objective has always been to provide every client with excellent personal service.
To accomplish this, we base our company on principles and values that promote high moral and ethical standards, quality control processes and interdependence in the project team.
We have completed projects in Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties, and are familiar with their codes, regulations and requirements.
NWDD offers comprehensive surveying and engineering services including civil, hydrologic, and hydraulic engineering, as well as land and construction surveying.
NWDD's Civil Engineering Design team provides solutions to optimize the relationship between a development and the surrounding natural environment.
We can assist you from the planning stages through permitting, including representation at public hearings and necessary document preparation.
Our firm utilizes the most current robotic survey and data collection equipment integrated with Land Development Desktop survey and engineering software to create clean, efficient transfer of field to office data for the development of design base maps.
He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and is continuing education in Advanced Foundation Engineering (CE 562), Engineering Hydrology(CE 421) and Earthquake Engineering(CE 566) via the University of Idaho.
And has complete accredited PMBOK training as a Project Management Professional.
Doug has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and surveying profession.
He has a diverse background in the Civil Engineering fields of road, storm drainage, gravity sewer, & site grading planning and designs.
Requirements: Fearless cold calling ability with excellent communication skills and positive personality.
Knowledge of Outlook, managing marketing database, lead generation via phone and e-mail, and writing skills for marketing literature.
Prefer construction, survey and/or engineering background.
