Milholland Company, MCO, provides comprehensive Civil Engineering for commerical developments and residential subdivisions, that include boundary and site surveys (alta, cadastral and topographic), environmental investigations (wetland and habit delineations, site assessments and statements), tree preservation and site analysis (tree identification and canopy calculation, conservation and mitigation determination) for proper arrangement of structure and the design of site elements, consisting of water and sanitary sewer systems (domestice water lines, tanks, booster pumps and chlorination stations for extensions and improvements, and waste water treatment systems), storm drainage detention facilities; parking, streets and bridges.

Milholland Company's office is located in downtown Fayetteville Arkansas just one block from the city's administration building, making it convenient and serviceable to the City.The firm consists of approximately 15 employees including Design Engineers, Landscape Architects, Environmental Specialists, CAD Technicians, Construction Inspectors, Surveyors, and various technical staff support personnel.

Milholland Company (MCO) maintains a full service survey crew, directed by Mel Milholland, a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer with the State of Arkansas.
Field coordination and research is conducted by Sam Hampton, PLS.
Field crew is supervised by Party Chief, Brent Jordan.
Survey parties are equipped with Two (2) "State-of-the-Art" Total Station Electronic Data Collectors and Geographic Information System (GIS) Instrumentation.
The Collectors are interfaced with IBM compatible computers for Data download using Tripod Survey Data Link (TDS), EaglePoint and SurvStar Global Positioning System (GPS) Software Programs.
Environmental and Reclamation Planning: MCO provides plans for the creative enhancement and improvement of the environment.
MCO is experienced in wetland protection and mitigation, the transformation of landfills, mining sites, polluted wastelands, etc. into protected reserves.
Scenic beauty is also an important function and consideration in reclamation planning.

ENTRY LEVEL PROJECT ENGINEER: Design Streets, water lines, sanitary and storm sewer systems.
Delineate watersheds, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, storm water detention ponds and outlet flow control designs.
Confident in Auto Cad.
Requires a Masters' Degree in Civil Engineering.
STAFF ENGINEER - CIVIL ENGINEER: Experienced in Land Development (residential and commercial) and Surveying.
Knowledgeable in Civil Autocad and EaglePoint.
Requires a BSCE and registration or able to obtain within a year.
