At American West Land Surveying Co. we take pride in our profession and each project we are involved with. Weather it be a residential lot survey or full blown design project, we strive to follow the footsteps left by previous surveyors while still keeping an eye toward the future. This photograph shows a GPS base location for a USDA/NRCS grassland easement located in Moffat County, CO.

The area was originally surveyed by the Government Land Office in 1902. Many original stone survey monuments were recovered during the survey.

A boundary survey of the subject property will be made and the property corners will be located and verified or reset.
A check for violations or encroachments onto or from the subject property will be made, and if requested by the client, the improvements on the property will also be located.
This survey can be used, by the property owner, for the construction of a fence structure or other improvements.
Land Surveyor in the United States can trace the history of our profession back to the founding fathers of our country.
