In 1957, recognizing that the Central Valley was poised for extensive growth, Roy E. Fredricksen founded the firm "Roy E. Fredricksen, Civil Engineer" in Modesto, California.
Two years later, in 1959, Thomas H. DeLaMare joined the steadily growing firm.
In 1968, in response to growing demand for civil engineering services, Richard L. Fultz joined the firm.
In 1972, Roy E. Fredricksen incorporated the firm and moved to 3421 Tully Road, Modesto, where we are still located.
The firm was renamed to "Fredricksen, DeLaMare & Fultz" in 1978, and renamed again in 1984, to "DeLaMare-Fultz Engineering & Surveying".

Barbara has been employed with the firm since 1986 and has over 30 years of experience in project management, entitlement processing, client coordination, and working with governmental agencies.
Barbara became Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of DeLaMare-Fultz in 2006 and President in 2013.
