Services
McBride Surveying understands that there are time restraints and confidentiality issues necessary for a successful project.
We are a small firm and as such we pride ourselves on giving each project the special attention it deserves.
It is our goal to ensure that your project not be delayed due to survey issues.
We are committed to providing responsive, personal, and quality service to ensure, total client satisfaction.
Michelle grew up in the Willamette Valley, before moving to Southern Oregon and graduating from Klamath Union High School.
Usually, a boundary survey is done in order to establish the boundaries of land using its legal description and other information.
This is helpful if you're looking to improve your property, like installing a fence.
Survey technicians at McBride Surveying pride themselves on timely and accurate Boundary Surveys.
We provide two different reports to help answer these questions without the need for an in-depth survey.
When you partition land, you create three or fewer new units of land, called "parcels."
We can then provide you a quote for the services requested.
If you find the quote agreeable, we will prepare a formal agreement defining the scope of work and the fee for the work.
The scope of work includes detailed specifications and requirements for that project.
Once we receive the signed agreement and the generally required deposit, we can schedule your project in the order it was received.
Please be as detailed as possible.
To help us serve you better, we recommend that you describe the nature of your project, then tell us about any specific needs.
Investing in your property by knowing and marking your boundaries is a good idea, especially to avoid any future conflicts regarding the use of your land.
In most cases it will not be possible to get more than an estimate, because many of the factors involved in the survey are indeterminable early in the process.
Final cost is dependent upon the time required to perform research to obtain the necessary information of record, to perform preliminary fieldwork, to perform the required office computations, and to monument your lines on the ground.
