Material used for setting property corners would be a 5/8" diameter x 28" long rebar, capped with our state license number.
Next to rebar, a wood witness stake would be driven to witness the property corner (5/8 rebar with cap).
In addition to identifying the boundary, out buildings will be located to include Dwelling, Garage, and/or Shed.
