Land surveying is an important practice for all types of land development.
It's the technique, profession, and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points and the distances and angles between them.
Many private and commercial projects require the involvement of a licensed land surveyor to determine property boundaries for ownership or government purposes.
By utilizing a variety of techniques and elements, we're able to meet the needs of our clients and present them with timely, accurate results.
As state regulations tighten throughout the region on wetland delineation, now more than ever, it is important to know if there is a wetland on your property and, if so, what its boundaries are.
Delineation is the separation off wet lands and non-wet lands.
Wetlands- Those areas inundated or saturated by surface or ground water at a frequency and duration sufficient to support, and that under normal circumstances do support, a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soils.
