An ALTA/NSPS survey is a comprehensive site survey directed by the requirements chosen by the Title Insurance Company. This survey is typically completed for larger scale commercial properties. An ALTA/NSPS Certificate of Survey results in a map depicting all required and requested items. We provide surveying services for the subdivision of your property to create Lots or Units for sale.
We can assist you with the necessary survey work to create residential, commercial or storage developments including Lot and Block subdivisions, planned unit developments or common interest communities. We will also represent the project at the public hearing required for approval.
