Our company was built on land surveying services and remains a core part of how we serve our clients. Boundary surveys in particular are still necessary and used to assure property boundaries for new and existing landowners, in addition to obtaining a building permit. With our high definition 3D laser scanning, we create accurate building models for difficult situations that seem impossible to measure.

The BIM can be used for the entire span of a project from design to construction and finally to facility management. An exciting evolution of our services is drone photogrammetry. For difficult to reach areas, large landscapes, or situations where it's unsafe for a person to accurately measure, this is a viable option for quick and precise mapping.

We are a service disabled veteran-owned professional land surveying and 3D laser scanning company based in Skaneateles, Syracuse, and the greater CNY region. We are ready to assist you with your next residential or commercial project, from determining the location of a single property line to preparing for full land development.

Our goal is to continue to evolve with technology without compromising quality.
Below are stories about just a few of the projects we've been a part of.
As renovation and repairs have come up through the years, the need for a large-scale renovation came to be.
With over 645,000 square feet and large rooms, such as the Rose Main Reading Room, it was a daunting task to secure precise measurements of each component of the building.
Construction stakeout is a land surveying technique used specifically with construction projects.
The process requires careful interpretion of construction plans and understanding of the topography of the proposed build site as well as any underground infrastructure needs.
It isn't just limited to sites where physical buildings will be located; it also includes roads, bridges, fences, and other projects.
We've learned that construction stakeout is a critical step to make sure a construction project is successful.
If your home or building is in a risk area for flooding, you may be required to have flood insurance.
In this case, your insurance company will ask for a flood elevation certificate to determine your building's elevation compared to the estimated height that floodwaters could reach in a major flood, therefore determining the cost of your insurance.
We provide the surveys required for the elevation certificate to determine accurate building elevation measurements.

Septic solutions are necessary for new construction and require careful design of the space while also adhering to regulations that ensure harmful pollutants stay contained.
A large part of the design is understanding your site's location, needs, and size, and our trusted septic design partner, Eric Buck, can provide you with this.
As part of Eric's process, he completes a percolation test and provides you with an efficient and cost effective design.
After this, he works with the local health department officials to make the septic design approval process go as smoothly as possible.
