Wunderlich Surveying & Engineering Inc. is a full-service civil engineering and surveying team of professionals providing services to the Franklin County and surrounding areas since 1971. Our goal is to complete your project from conception to construction. Our team can provide all aspects of. We have completed numerous industrial and commercial developments and residential subdivisions in Union, Washington, Pacific, St. Clair, New Haven, Sullivan and in the unincorporated areas of Franklin County and beyond.

After Missouri was surveyed originally in the early 1800's, land surveying technology has undergone many changes.
Wunderlich Surveying & Engineering Inc. has experienced and embraced those changes in technology.
Global Position Systems (GPS) is a technology that nearly everyone is familiar with today.
Wunderlich was the first land surveyor in Franklin County to use GPS to survey with.

The following are some of the ideas that WSE turned into reality.
Involvement: Autumn Leaf Estates was located, planned, and engineered by WSE.
During the planning stages, the City of Washington requested the entrance be located to the south to create a four-way intersection.
We represented the owner in negotiations with the City for a relocated entrance.
WSE prepared all required design plans for MODOT and the City of Washington as well as completed all required permitting from the Corps of Engineers, MODOT, DNR, and the City of Washington.
Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, stakeout, and construction inspection for both phases of development.
Involvement: Our involvement in this project proved our company flexibility, revealing that our services are not limited to Franklin County alone.
Our dedicated staff quickly came up to speed on codes and regulations outside our norm.
From early, preliminary planning, to final stakeout, our hands-on approach ensured the success of this project.
Involvement: WSE was involved in this project from start to finish.
Our survey team performed the initial boundary and topographic survey and staked out all of the infrastructure and structures.
Two of our most recent industrial projects are located in Heidmann Industrial Park in Washington, Missouri.
Location: Located off of Voss brink Drive within Heidmann Industrial Park in Washington, Missouri.
Involvement: Work included site design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, grading and all infrastructure.
Location: Located off of Avantha Drive withing Heidmann Industrial Park in Washington, Missouri.
Special design considerations were needed to allow for maneuvering and transportation of 85 tons transformers on 13 axle trailers.
