Established in 1972 in Clayton, New Mexico, our main office moved to Raton in 1996. At Shield's Survey we use the most modern field and office surveying equipment to provide a vast array of services. We surveyed parts of four townships, did all generator locations and surveyed in the access roads and improvements at location.
Currently doing survey and GIS work for El Paso Natural Gas, LLC and Pioneer Natural Resources on a coal bed methane gas project.
These projects cover 1,000,000+ acres in two states.
We have surveyed and located hundreds of well locations, miles of gas gathering lines, transmission lines and roads.
