Chaparral Professional Land Surveying, Inc. is a full-service firm, providing boundary and land title surveys, aerial control, as-built and topographic surveys, road and utility, route & design surveys, subdivision platting, hydrographic surveys, and construction staking services. Since our inception in 1995, our company has built relationships and a reputation with our clients for prompt response, timely completion, and efficient and accurate deliverables.

Bryan Newsome has over 40 years of experience in all phases of surveying in the public and private sectors, including: Gas/Petroleum and Electrical RightofWay, ALTA/NSPS & TSPS land title, boundary, subdivision platting, engineering design, construction, horizontal and vertical control network surveys, and 3D High Definition Laser Scanning (Terrestrial Lidar).

Chaparral Professional Land Surveying, Inc. is a full-service land surveying firm specializing in large residential and commercial developments.
Our primary focus is providing surveying support for civil engineering projects, including projects for Civil Engineering Firms, Land Developers and Municipal/Governmental entities.
Our services include preparation of design base maps, using AutoCAD or Microstation CAD systems to depict utilities, boundaries, and other pertinent information for specific projects.
Our experienced team of professional land surveyors represents decades of successful land survey projects.
During the period from 2012 to 2018, Chaparral completed a number of assignments for both the old and the new campuses of Concordia University.
These projects were completed both for Concordia University directly and as a sub-consultant to a major planning and engineering firm.
1 Topographic and tree surveys for approximately 2.5 acres.
The map, at 1' contour intervals, shows visible site improvements and utilities, trees with boles larger than 8 in diameter, utility pipe sizes, drives, and drainage and utility structures adjoining the site.
