Located just 30 miles North of Houston near The Woodlands, Texas, we specialize in commercial ALTA surveys and Topographic Surveys of vacant land ready for new development.

Utilizing leading edge technology, every field crew is equipped with, among other things, a 3 second Leica TS15 robotic total station with CS15 data controller, Leica GS14 GPS rover unit, digital level and a subsurface metal locating device.

Linda was born in New Albany, IN and relocated in 1969 to Spring, Texas.
She gave birth to her two sons, Jason H. Pinnell in 1969 and Daniel N. Pinnell in 1971.
Both sons are current owners of land surveying companies.
Upon retirement as Administrative Associate to the Director of the Center for Comparative Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, Linda enrolled at Lone Star College and obtained a Paralegal Associate Degree.
Due to her outstanding grades and support of the program, she was appointed in 2008 and currently serving on the Paralegal Advisory Committee.

We are always searching for qualified individuals with good work ethics and communication skills, a willingness to work outdoors in the blistering heat, humidity, snakes and mosquitoes, and the ability to move up the chain of command.
Rodman - entry level position; no surveying experience required; willingness to work outdoors and with others.
Instrument Person - minimum of 2 years experience; ability to run Nikon Total Station with onboard data collector; ability to run Leica System 1200 GPS unit; good communication skills.
If the property corners had not previously been marked, a land survey will mark and monument them.
A Plat of Survey can also then be prepared and signed by the surveyor which shows the nature of the monuments found or set, measurements of all property lines, and any encroachments, building lines, and easements.
If requested, the surveyor can also show the location of all buildings or specially noted markers on the parcel.
