T. Dunahoo took over the family land surveying business in 1963 and founded W. T. Dunahoo and Associates.
He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, and earned his licensure as a Georgia Registered Land Surveyor in 1968.
He also holds registration as an RLS in South Carolina.
With fifty years in the business, he has unsurpassed knowledge of Barrow and surrounding counties, land surveying, and real estate.
Using his vast awareness and personal experience with over forty years of development supervision, he is instrumental in working with clients and in guiding them through the development process of residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
