In the area of asbestos consulting, our staff members have experience ranging from simple building surveys to large-scale asbestos abatement projects. FREY has conducted methane assessment and/or mitigation work throughout Southern California, and is an approved methane assessment and mitigation contractor with the Orange County Fire Authority and other Southern California cities.

FREY is equipped with a full time paralegal who can help our clients receive funding for the underground storage tank (UST) removal through the Replacing, Removing, or Upgrading Storage Tanks (RUST) Program.
Work conducted as part of the Phase II ESA will be compliant with current EPA, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), ASTM, SWRCB LUFT, and County of Los Angeles guidelines and standards.
The report and any work plans shall also fulfill the requirements and guidelines of applicable regulators, as well as any other client specifications.
The objective of a Phase II ESA is generally to assess the occurrence and extent of a suspected contaminant in soil, soil vapor, and/or groundwater.
The extent of the suspected contaminants are assessed through conduct of soil gas surveys, drilling and collection of soil samples, and installation of wells and collection of groundwater samples, as appropriate.
